Public Training Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy

In order to attend a public training workshop, attendees must confirm they are over the age of 18 years old, and completely read, understand, and agree with the policies stated in this cancellation and refund policy.

Scheduling:
You can find information about upcoming public training workshops through various social calendars or our Facebook page and schedule to attend any of the public train-ing workshops conducted through Eventbrite.com. There you will find the training workshop, complete the registration form and pay for the course, all in one place.

Training course registration will not be confirmed until the registration is completed and billing information and payment is received in full.

Attendee Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation by the attendee, our policy provides for a full refund of fees if –

(1) the cancellation occurs at any time before the workshop begins; and
(2) the cancellation notification is provided in writing, before the workshop begins

If both elements are not satisfied, the attendee will be considered a No-Show, and therefore, will not be eligible for a refund and will incur the full cost of registration and any applicable fees of the training workshop.

To cancel or reschedule attendance at a confirmed training workshop, you must sub-mit an email request to – PremierWorkforceTraining@outlook.com

Attendee No-Show:
A No-Show occurs when an attendee fails to –

(1) attend the training workshop they are registered for, and
(2) provide written notification of cancellation or a request to reschedule before the workshop begins

No shows are not eligible for a refund and will incur the full cost of registration and any applicable fees.

We ask you to please submit all cancellation requests within 10 calendar days prior to the scheduled workshop training date so we can open seats to other students that may want to attend the training workshop.

Withdrawal Due to Mitigating Circumstances:
If a student withdraws after the start of the training workshop due to mitigating cir-cumstances beyond the student’s control, Premier Workforce Training and Develop-ment, on a case-by-case basis, and at its discretion, will review the event for a possible refund of a prorated amount of the training workshop costs.

Cancellation by Premier Workforce Training and Development:
In the event a training workshop requires rescheduling due to instructor illness or una-vailability, the course will be rescheduled for a later date, or alternatively should the attendee not be able to attend the rescheduled course, the cost of the course will be refunded in full.

Premier Workforce Training and development reserves the right to cancel any training workshop due to insufficient enrollment at least 7 calendar days in advance of the scheduled training workshop date. Notice of cancellation will be provided to regis-tered attendees with the option to reschedule for a future training workshop date, or to receive a full refund of registration fees.

Premier Workforce Training and development is not responsible for any expenses in-curred by the attendee if a training workshop is cancelled.

Premier Workforce Training and Development is not responsible for fees or expenses incurred by the attendee related to cancellation of travel expenses (e.g. airline reserva-tions, rental car reservations, hotel reservations, etc.).

If a training workshop is cancelled due to circumstances such as inclement weather events or a natural disaster, the attendee is entitled to reschedule for a future training workshop. If the attendee is unable to attend a comparable training workshop within 6 months, a full refund will be issued.

Tardiness Policy:
Attendees are expected to arrive on time, at the start time of the training workshop. A late arrival does not entitle the attendee to training outside of the scheduled date and time of the workshop.

Issuance of Refunds:
Refunds will be issued within 21 calendar days after the completion of the training workshop.
