Course Description

Based upon the recommendations from the White House COVID-19 Taskforce and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, retractions are beginning to loosen-up, and retail stores can soon reopen for business, although they may only provide pick-up services at this time. With customers and employees coming out of self-quarantine and on the road back to a sense of normalcy, business owners need to take steps to open their doors to welcome back their customers in a safe and healthy way.

This workshop is designed to provide guidance on and recommend actions retailers can take to help increase the safety of their businesses for the protection of their customers and employees, as well as helping to reduce the potential spread of COVID-19.
